In an Insurance company, a Claims group can sometimes be referred to as being king! We are looking for an influential leader who can help drive the strategy of an area of our business that has tremendous influence on Progressive as a whole. This is a position within the Service Management area of Claims IT that will provide a person the opportunity to positively influence the direction of Claims technology. This position will have significant responsibilities for managing and directing a broad variety of key services critical to Claims IT's future direction, including:
- Vendor Mgmt - Claims has a substantial portfolio of vendor applications. You will be responsible for establishing services, quality, cost, and SLA's related to our vendor services and selecting and managing third party companies to consistently meet these goals.
- Data Engineering - This team establishes standards, logical & physical data models, and data strategies & policies.
- Data & Reporting - Team that builds and maintains data reporting in support of the Claims IT operational and warehoused data
