This analyst position is part of the Physical Damage claims analysis team.
The primary objective of this team is to:
(a) develop business analysis and create measurements, metrics framework
(b) quantify risks and opportunities,
(c) influence process changes to drive optimal outcome.
Job responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
a) playing leadership role in analyzing process pilot for Quality Recycled Parts (QRP).
b) performing various analyses and reporting to support claims segmentation to improve accuracy and efficiency of Physical Damage claims business.
c) support PCS 2.0 and FTM process
d) generate and maintain recurring reports
d) other ad hoc analyses depending on business need
Claims or Insurance background is not required.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or economics;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
