Job Title: QUALITY AND TRAINING SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS/DESCRIPTION: High School diploma required, with Associate Degree or higher preferred. Ability to type 50 WPM with no more than 3 errors required. Medical terminology and knowledge of personal computers required. Must be well organized, able to set priorities, and adept at managing multiple projects and tasks, highly motivated and self-starting; volume of business demands acceleration. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to translate technical language for the non-technical user. Must possess excellent analytical and logical thought abilities. Must possess a high level of interpersonal skills/customer skills to interact with staff, other department staff and Medical Center management. Ability to train/educate staff in a systematic manner in a postitive atmosphere required. Minimum 2 years registration/supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to work outside the normal working hours as volume demands. Please refer to job description for complete requirements.
