Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION / PRIMARY GOALS / OBJECTVES:
The Technical Leader is responsible for providing technical leadership, evaluating all methods used by the laboratory, evaluating new or modified analytical procedures and technical problem solving of analytical methods. The technical leader will be responsible for the oversight of the training, quality assurance and safety in the laboratory.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
1) Responsible for the technical training of all direct reports and monitoring of employee performance, written evaluations, training records and resolving issues of group dynamics.
