Job Summary:

The Assistant Director’s primary duty is to build a culture of philanthropy within the student body that will carry forward into their subsequent years as alumni. This will be achieved through working closely with partners across campus to instill a strong emotional affiliation with Babson, a sense of gratitude, an awareness of tradition, and a desire to give back among our students, culminating in two key programs – the undergraduate senior class gift and graduate class gift efforts. The Assistant Director will be responsible for these revenue-generating programs and will lead the transition of the most recently graduated classes into Babson alumni giving programs and, with Alumni Relations colleagues, the transition into alumni regional, career, volunteer, and other programs and activities.
