Description

? Duties:
o Develop a process framework for the client
o Develop metrics to include strategic, process and product
o Develop a product approach for the client
o Lead the Vintara software documentation conversion management
o Insure client can excel in an ISO 9000 continuing assessment
o Conduct internal audits
o Assist Senior management with strategic issues
o Integrate industry best practices into processes
o
? Required skills
o More than 10 years management experience for over 100 people
o Masters degree
o Top Secret/ SCI
o Military aeronautical experience
o 10 years expertise in at least one Quality discipline (ISO, Six Sigma, Baldrige, Balance Scorecard, process improvement, BPR)
? Desired skills
o Pilot or navigator of any aircraft
o Facilitation
o Strategic planning
o Performance management
o Business intelligence
