This is a one-year contract postion.

Director, Architecture & Development
Job Summary:
The Sharepoint Administrator will be the team expert in Sharepoint MOSS 2007. This individual will have prime technical responsibility for deploying, configuring, and managing Babson’s Sharepoint MOSS 2007 environment to be used for content management, search, collaboration, and document management. The Sharepoint Administrator will fully document the environment and provide training/knowledge transfer to other members of the team.
Essential Responsibilities:
Build SharePoint Environment:
• In conjunction with the vendor chosen to implement Sharepoint as the Babson CMS and under the direction of the Application Architect, build a scalable, highly available SharePoint MOSS 2007 platform.
• Take part in business requirement analysis and map requirements to the environment.
• Implement appropriate backup/recovery/migration processes.
• Implement appropriate controls as indicated by the business requirements (data retention, permissions, etc.).
