Responsible for excellent customer service by responding to the largest most complex service issues and inquiries, solving non-routine problems, and ensuring client satisfaction with CIGNA products and services in an onsite role based in a new Health & Wellness Center (HWC) located at Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Fl. Serves as associate flexible support staff to assure adequate staffing coverage for a 7 day work week, 365 day/year clinic schedule, as well as providing daily on site CIGNA guidance and expertise to HWC staff. Coordinates with reporting manager as well as Disney account manager to ensure needs are met and potential problems are averted. Keeps reporting manager and Disney account manager informed of account status and opportunities for expanded business.
