Health Information Exchange Consultant

Performance Profile:

* Provide support for federal government health information exchange based grants adoption initiatives
* Develop and maintain project plan, task schedules, action item lists, and risks and issue logs.
* Provide coordination support for development of technical input into grant solicitation documents and  technical support to health information exchange grant award recipients:
* Own deliverables and coordinate adding in material from content experts, incorporating comments, etc
