JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for quality of student course experience by providing excellent customer service support, decreasing administrative errors, and promoting efficient operations to meet designated quarterly and annual revenue and quality goals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Check office inbox and voicemail to address and resolve daily customer service requests from students and prospects via phone, email, and mail 2. Develop and implement systems to enhance course quality and student experience 3. Provide assistance to teachers and proctors; arrange room reservations and other site management responsibilities to ensure smooth course starts 4. Manage flow of information to enrolled and prospective students including course confirmations and reminders 5. Proactively identify and provide counseling to students not achieving goals 6. Administer and process evaluations and provide recommendations for action based on results 7. Manage the Net Promoter system by organizing mailings, promoting student response, implementing a tracking system, and following through with students who have given us low ratings 8.
