Quality Supervisor - 2nd Shift · Laguna Niguel, CA
Stanley Associates is seeking a Quality Supervisor â?? 2nd Shift to work in our Laguna Niguel, CA location.
Specific Duties:
â?¢ Reports to Quality Assurance Manager.
â?¢ Responsible for setting work priorities and assuring a smooth transition of work between departments.
â?¢ Establishes goals for subordinates.
â?¢ Ensures high quality â??adjudication readyâ? work products are provided to Government adjudicators.
â?¢ Conducts all training for department and reviews quality of work being completed by employees.
â?¢ Plans, directs and coordinates the daily activities of personnel in Quality Assurance (QA) Department.
â?¢ Trains personnel in QA procedures and Contract Performance Requirements (PRâ??s).
â?¢ Assigns work to team members.
â?¢ Monitors and safeguards immigrant applications and petitions including fees at all times in accordance with DHS/USCIS and Contractor policies and procedures.
â?¢ Investigates quality related issues and develops recommendations and suggestions to decrease error or defect rates.
â?¢ Maintains quality records and prepares quality reports for Senior Management and government as directed.
