We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager for both Wayne Village Apartments (275 units) in Wayne, NJ and Oak Manor Apartments (77 units) in Ridgewood, NJ.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day operational responsibilities of the properties, to include financial, marketing, customer service and staff management responsibilities.
* Develop, plan and implement the budget to include charting the overall financial performance of the properties.
* Handle recordkeeping and reporting responsibilities.
* Oversee customer service, resident relations, maintenance department practices, vendor relations, marketing and leasing.

Qualifications:

* Previous management experience that includes responsibility for operational results, sales, marketing and staff supervision is required (property management experience strongly preferred).
