The Western Regional Program Manager (RPM) directly reports to the Program Manager. Along with the Program Manager, the RPM will provide leadership and guidance for the contract operations of a large Government contract with offices/facilities in the Western part of the country (in excess of 20+ sites with over 300+ employees). The operations will include Records Management, File and Mail Operations. Each facility is charged with the processing (pre and post adjudication support) of immigrant petitions and applications. The Regional Program Manager will organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of contract support activities for the offices in coordination with the site managers to ensure the flow of operations between all Contractor-staffed positions. The Regional Program Manager will provide daily feedback on workflow and future projections to the Program Manager and the Program Management Office (PMO) in Washington, DC.
