Customer Service Representative with strong verbal communication skills and a passion for
providing great customer service. The Customer Service Representative works primarily by
telephone directly with customers to fulfill orders, resolve issues, and provide product
and account information. Ideal candidate must enjoy serving customers and working with
people while possessing proficiency with the web and standard office software. This
position requires a self-motivated and self-directed individual who has the ability to
think creatively as well as follow instructions.

Working hours: 8AM - 5PM

Job entails:
- Handling inbound telephone calls from customers
- Data entry
- Processing of renewal slips & purchase orders
- Filing paperwork
- Other various duties as assigned

Summary of key skills and education:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Able to work as a team player as well as individually
- Ability to multi-task and type 40WPM
