Our client, a young biotech in the Cambridge area, is looking for an experienced office
assistant to join their team! This is a small start up with eight employees. Ideal
candidate will be organized, detail oriented, proactive, eager to jump in and learn about
the company and help where possible. Someone who can be a jack or jane of all trades,
and has upbeat, positive attitude is also needed.  This person will be the face of the
company, sitting at the front desk and greeting visitors... displaying the image of the
company.   This person must be interested in getting to know everyone and working with a
tight team.  A start up mentality is required!

Working hours: 9:00-5:00

The person will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and
procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. In addition,
the person will directly be supporting the President of the company, and the Director.
There will be HR components and a variety of tasks such as answering phones, calender
management, scheduling, editing and formatting documents, as well as other typical
administrative duties.
