Processes routine transactions for customers including opening and servicing customer accounts, accepting loan payments and cashing checks. Ensures all policies and procedures are followed when processing transactions. Develops and maintains knowledge of Company product and service offerings to promote Company products and services and refer customers to appropriate Retail staff and other business lines for additional information. Resolves problems, escalating more difficult issues to more experienced staff members. Sells products such as money orders, traveler’s checks, savings bonds and bank checks. Promotes Company products and contributes to the overall sales growth of the Company. Ensures that mystery shop service standards are achieved. Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies.
