Ensure quality, quantity, and security of drug and non-drug materials and follow specified procedures for receipt, care, and distribution of those materials.
Supervise hourly and administrative workforce to ensure safe, quality, efficient and lowest cost products are provided to our customers from the Horsham PA Home Delivery Pharmacy.
Responsibilities
Automated Dispensing Responsibilities

*Ensure drug products are accurately received, stowed, and stocked to ensure six sigma patient quality.
*Supervise associates within the Inventory Department.  Direct, schedule, train and discipline hourly workers.
*Manage Optifill and manual dispense location manufacturer change process
*Manage Optifill and manual dispense drug validation and relocation process as well as monitoring dispense usage and move drugs to appropriate dispense locations.
*Read, write, review, train and ensure that all departmental SOPs are accurate and followed.
*Responsible for the maintenance of departmental reports and payroll punch details.
*Expected to effectively communicate issues to management and suggest solutions in partnership with Manager after weighing alternatives.
