JOB SUMMARY:
Develop, implement, manage, and make sustainable, the Company’s continuous improvement initiative. Lead a team of professionals to achieve significant and lasting improvements in service levels, reduce cycle times, reduce administrative expenses, and colleague engagement. Mentor and train staff company-wide on continuous improvement. Develop, refine and monitor a set of corporate operational metrics.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : * Work at all levels within the organization utilizing a very “hands on” approach to creating value, buy-in and engagement as the lead change facilitator for corporate-wide continous improvement projects.
* Provide leadership, mentoring and training to all levels of the company on the use and practice of continous improvement methodology and tools. Train and coach Black Belts, Green Belts and project teams in the proper use of Lean Six Sigma process improvement tools and methodologies.
