POSITION PURPOSE:
To supervise a team of Business Analysts and provide business analysis and technical expertise for the implementation and support of clinical applications Care Advance Enterprise and Milliman within the Medical Quality Management Department. Provide expertise, guidance, and training on clinical business applications. Analyze, design and enter into Content Editor and test both the clinical and business process changes. Deliver responsive and appropriate business and clinical solutions.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Required Experience:
* Two 2 years health care/insurance background
* Two 2 years business analysis including work with databases
Required Education:
* Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, business, and/or healthcare
