Mastering Lab Technician Main Purpose of the Role Reporting to the Mastering Manager, the Mastering Lab Technician I at EALA has the primary responsibility of ensuring timely completion of all requests for media with a priority on submissions to certification or manufacturing. Technicians are also responsible for ensuring superior customer service to all mastering customers. The Mastering Technician I is also responsible for archiving of products once they have gone to manufacturing, providing support to development teams and troubleshooting issues related to non-functioning game builds and performs other related tasks as required in day to day operations. Key Duties and Responsibilities Operations • Ensure the timely fulfillment of all media requests in WBTS. • Perform build verifications to ensure proper generation. • Archive products that have completed development and are in production. • Perform routine maintenance on hardware, and troubleshoot/repair any issues. • Provide installation assistance to authorized external users of pre-release software. • Work on other projects as directed by mastering management to develop procedures, tools or documentation as called for by the...
