FOOD PREPARATION ASSISTANT for Blue Mtn Nursing Home Dietary Department. This is a casual position filling in when necessary that will work into a part-time with benefits position. Applicants must be willing and able to work varied shifts consisting of morning, afternoon, and evenings to include weekends and holidays. Duties will include serving of meals and snacks, preparation and serving of modified diets and dishwashing. Orientation and training will be provided. Base pay is $8.40 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to deal with people in a professional manner. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
