The  requirements and responsibilities for all aspects of the Application Support Analyst include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Maintain and support applications and their operating environments
* Assist in the testing of changes to applications and their operating environment
* Ensure the availability of applications for the client and assist in problem management and resolution.
* Support of offsite business recovery and technology disaster recovery testing
* Assist in ensuring technology management policies are adhered to; may provide technical solutions on application problems
* Make decisions/recommend solutions that can impact the overall outcome of the job assignments
* Ensure all production issues are logged and updated as per the Problem Management Policy
* Review and update contingency documentation
* Write support documentation and procedures
* Ensure application test/checkout plans are updated

Qualifications

* Strong  technical analysis skills
* Ability to interact with developers and team members in a matrix structure
* Plan and organize workloads to meet tight timescales
