Revenue Manager · Cambridge, MD
The Revenue Manager utilizes management skills and knowledge of hotel operations, to contribute to and lead the Revenue Strategy Team (GM, DOS, EAMS, FOM, IT) in maximizing revenue and bottom line profits for the benefit of the hotel. Establishes goals to consistently achieve or exceed forecasts for room revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPar. Implements yield management techniques to maximize revenues by communicating with DOS and selecting the most profitable mix of demand for the given capacity both in rooms and food & beverage. Accountable for property occupancy through property analysis, competitive analysis, pricing, direct sales involvement, promotion and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
