This position will report to the IT Quoting Platform Owner and be responsible for leading 4 Service Managers overseeing the CRG and VQAR applications and QA team. May include architecture, operations and shares services responsibility too (final org structure still being determined). The teams are primarily based in Cleveland.

Expectations of the position include: 1. Partnering with the Quoting business teams to develop and implement IT solutions in support of business goals. 2. Developing and leading direct reports, and maintaining solid working relationships with business teams and peer managers to accomplish Acquisition objectives.

In addition to the standard Job Description for a Group Manager Service Manager, the following will hold
Requirements (Must Haves): 1. Minimum 5+ years management experience; must currently hold Group Manager position.
2. Experience managing in multiple application development organizations. 3. Proven experience working with business and IT partners through joint priority setting and strategic planning (Platform Governance and RPCT processes).
