We are seeking a proven IT Manager to over see the Quality Control efforts for the Comparison Rating Group (CRG) as part of the Acquisition Service Management Organization. The CRG application (eCompare) is a key part of Progressive's business strategy and is often featured in our advertising. This is a visible role and requires a focused and driven leader. The Quality CRG Team will be responsible for working with the business to establish Quality Objectives/SLA's and taking appropriate tactical and strategic actions to assure they are achieved. This manager will lead all quality control aspects for projects as well as Competitor Rate Revisions.
