Job Description The Manufacturing Engineering Position resides in the Technical Support group. The Technical Support group is responsible for the equipment and activities necessary to support the introduction of new projects and to support ongoing projects. The role of the Manufacturing Engineer is the timely response and troubleshooting of manufacturing issues in the biologics manufacturing plant. Additionally, the Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for maintaining the quality of process equipment operation, maintenance procedures and safety practices. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with other Engineering groups and Bioprocess Operations to fulfill primary job responsibilities. Off-shift work may be required on occasion as part of the Manufacturing Engineer’s responsibilities.
Skills/Experience Requirements Basic Qualifications:
•BS degree in chemical, bio or mechanical engineering is required.
