This person will provide user support for loan systems to our Information Services Department and must work in conjunction with Loan Systems staff to identify required system enhancements. This person will provide initial user testing for changes made to the Loan Systems. In addition to working with Loan Systems Staff, this person will also work with other user groups on projects that require integrated testing. This person will also be responsible for daily production processing duties that are assigned to Loan Systems including assisting branches and other departments with loan systems questions.

Requirements:

Four year college degree required. Must complete the Credit Union’s Basic Module Program requirements within 24 months of hire date as a condition of employment.
