Support supervisory duties for personnel at the Ste. Genevieve operations. Will receive, schedule and assign work to personnel to support daily work area as they relate to scheduled milestone completions. Will be responsible to research and resolve complex technical problems as they pertain to technical specifications. Will train, coach and evaluate employees in matters pertaining to aircraft maintenance and performance.

Must have thorough knowledge of aircraft parts production and assembly. Must be able to read aircraft drawings and specifications. Excellent communication skills required.
