JOB SUMMARY:
Provides project management, direction, general mentoring, training and assistance on project management methodologies, tools and techniques and business case and project plan development. Lead the implementation of assigned corporate priority IT initiatives as assigned. Build and provide direction to project teams, create and foster communication among team members anticipate and achieve problem resolution, and achieve successful resolution. Incorporate project management discipline, including monitoring and reporting of return on investment.
REPRESENTATIVE JOB DUTIES:
* Manages the delivery of initiatives. Understands and explains complex issues and presents information in a concise manner.
* Proactively engages other members of the organization with specific subject knowledge to resolve issues or provide assistance.
* Facilitates meetings with task groups or functional areas to support initiatives.
* Identifies risk areas and determines and implements mitigation actions for the risks identified.
* Determine the appropriate use of resources in accomplishing projects.
* Determine the level of expertise needed to complete projects.
