The successful candidate will be an experienced Configuration Management (CM) specialist with JAVA development experience looking to manage enterprise Bug Tracking applications and work to migrate all engineering teams to the current standard enterprise tools: ClearQuest and JIRA.

The position is responsible for managing the Broadcom standard enterprise bug tracking tools, their implementation and support strategies, for both Software and Hardware Engineering for Broadcom worldwide, enabling the engineering community to focus on the design, development and delivery of products and not on the tool chain required to manage their source code and IP.

This person will work with a diverse community of software and hardware engineers throughout the world to help them merge their bug tracking processes onto the standard enterprise tools. The candidate must define the requirements and manage the migration from legacy bug tracking tools to one of the standard tools.
