1. Will work with marketing and sales to understand the customers' requirements/forecasts and put that information into a usable format for BCM suppliers.

2. Communicate proactively within the entire planning operation (Singapore included.)

3. Provide timely and accurate updates on all manufacturing capacity reports.

4. Work with suppliers to secure capacity to support the forecasts. Flag issues and work to correct issues before they become a major problem.

5. Interface with QA and engineering to understand all technical issues and the relative effects on material flow.

6. Provide timely and accurate forecasts to all suppliers.

7. Contribute in the development and maintenance of a dynamic capacity model
Job Requirements :  BA/BS degree
6 - 8 years planning experience minimum
knowledge/experience in the semiconductor industry
strong analytical skills
proficiency in Microsoft Excel
ability to manage multiple, independent projects under tight time constraints
be able to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization
