Design and implement RF, PLL, and analog circuits in advanced CMOS technology for
integration in system-on-chip products:
o advanced understanding of RF, PLL and analog circuit design
o develop and improve new and existing circuit solutions
o circuit simulation
o circuit layout
o present design reviews and receive technical feedback
o mentor interns or entry level designers
• Design, model, document and communicate transceiver IP to internal customers:
o create transceiver specs or block specs
o create verilog models
o define package and pc board requirements
• Characterize and debug transceiver designs for manufacturability:
o develop ATE and PVT test plans
o device testing (directly or managing test engineers in DVT group)
o support operations group in test and QA
• Support system and field applications engineers:
o answer internal and external customer questions
• Understand system level architectural design of broadband communication SoCs:
o participate in BU meetings to suggest solutions for specific products
• Be able to work in a group setting:
o share expertise
o provide and receive feedback
