21st Century Insurance and Financial Services, a division of Farmers Insurance Group, has openings for Customer Service Claims Reps in their Lake Mary, FL call center.
Training classes will be 11/2 and 11/30.
Shifts will vary but will be between 7am-Midnight Monday through Friday.
Process first notice of loss (FNOL) reports for Personal Lines Claims ensuring accurate and timely assignment to claim branches.
Position Requirements
Process appraisal assignments for vehicle inspection, adhering to appraisal assignment guidelines.
Handles customer inquiries on claim related questions, complaints and services in order to resolve the inquiry promptly. Creates and maintains customer satisfaction and promotes the company image in accordance with departmental operating procedures and practices.
Conducts initial data collection, investigation and other preparatory work regarding the accident/loss.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
