Position Requirements

•Proficiency in Siebel Analytics (Siebel Answers, BI Publisher, Siebel Dashboard, and IBOT.)
•Experience with Siebel CRM environment.
•Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Suite
•Strong analytical and statistical skills.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

•Siebel certifications is a big plus
•Proficiency with SAS
•Proficiency with Crystal Reports and Business Objects
•Proficiency with Xcelsius

Physical Actions

Required job duties are essentially sedentary in nature, consisting ofoccasion walking, standing, lifting and/or carrying ten pounds maximum,seeing, speaking, and hearing.

Education Requirements

Bachelors Degree required.
