Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
*
Assembly: Organizes and verifies components. Assembles sub or final assemblies in a timely fashion. Checks quality and operation of work. Maintains all required documentation.
*
Soldering: Solders wires and cable connections as required.
*
Blueprint reading: Reads blueprints required to assemble components and/or electro/mechanical assemblies.
*
Documentation: Completes any and all quality and assembly documentation as required. Ensure that design, implementation, test and maintenance methods/processes are developed as well as executed in a manner, which supports all Hologic Quality Standards.
Qualifications
*
Knowledge of hand tools, fixtures and measuring devices.
*
Ability to lift up to 45lbs. If over, use help or lifting device. - Repetitive hand motion required 60% of work time.
*
Ability to work while sitting (up to 100% of work time); Ability to work while standing (up to 70% of work time);
