1. Sell and cross-sell Bank products to new and established customers by assessing the customer’s needs and being knowledgeable of the features and benefits of the products. 2. Gather and enter customer and account information on the Bank’s computer system. Verify input and perform account maintenance as needed. A. Verify new customer information, ID, employer, etc, 3. Close Bank accounts as necessary following established Bank procedures. 4. Compose, type and mail correspondence to new, existing and prospective customers. 5. Review and complete all compliance documentation with customer. Assure that customer receives all copies of documents relating to his/her account. 6. Complete all account documentation for new & transferred IRA’s. 7. Proactively sell bank products and services to both customers and non-customers through profiling, appointments, and referrals to other bank departments. 8. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quick problem resolution.
