Production Support SME with recent experience with the BellSouth/AT&T SE Billing system

Major Responsibilities:
Perform daily job monitoring activities. Insure production environment has appropriate space and resources for processing. Work closely with development resources on production issues. Work with interfacing systems to resolve Connect:Direct or file tracking issues. Support CD Rom recreate process. Be able to provide release support. Contact for interfacing systems to address and diagnosis any connectivity or other production issues.
Requirements:
Previously worked with BellSouth/AT&T SE Retail CRIS billing systems in a production support role. Previously worked with the BellSouth/AT&T SE mainframe environment. Previously worked with JCL, PROCS and BellSouth Runbooks. Familiar with Bellsouth Client Server environments. Experienced with Connect:Direct software. Cobol, Mainframe programming, mid range programming. Experienced with release support activities. Understand BellSouth/AT&T SE CRIS system job stream.
