Install and support Ensemble environments. This position is on a Customer Group supporting QA env.

Major Responsibilities:
The responsibility of the integration SME is to create and maintain the most appropriate and efficient structure for the account?s environment. The environments portion of responsibility is to create and maintain all environment types so that they will fit the account/project requirements at each phase of the life cycle. In addition, creating useful tools for both testing and integration teams to improve work efficiency. Install, support, maintain and troubleshoot issues in customer test environments. Provide professional support and consulting to developers and customers in environment area. Technical infrastructure support for the Application teams on site troubleshooting of infrastructure, environment problems.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Amdocs products - Ensemble. KSH/Perl, SQL/ORACLE. Tuxedo installation, configuration and general administration. Experience working in a service oriented environment.
