Environment expert to support development/test/production environments for Amdocs products.

Major Responsibilities:
Install, support, maintain and troubleshoot issues in development/test/production environments. In both Amdocs and customer environments. Provide professional support and consulting to developers and customers in environment area. Technical infrastructure support for the Application teams on site troubleshooting of infrastructure, environment problems. Ability to manage offshore teams and tasks.
Requirements:
Must Have: UNIX operating systems (HP-UX). SQL/PLSQL. WebSphere/Weblogic installation, configuration and general administration Nice to Have Artix, LDAP and Sonic software experience. Knowledge of any of the following Amdocs products - OMS/AMSS/Clarify/ACS. Full understanding of the software development lifecycle. XML knowledge. Ability to create technical documentation. Ability to interact with development and testing organizations. Experience working in a service oriented environment. Ability to perform knowledge transfer to team members. Ability to management technical tasks
