We are currently seeking a Director, National Accounts – Distribution for our Corporate office located in Bethlehem , PA, who will be responsible to direct the activity across national and regional Outpatient Market (OPM) distributors to gain, maintain and increase sales.. Develop productive relationships with key group decision-makers and senior management, while interfacing with internal B. Braun personnel across numerous functional areas. Establish objectives, plans, strategies and implements initiatives through indirect supervision of field sales managers and representatives.

Essential Functions:
? Enhance, develop and maintain relationships with large national and regional distributors.
? Lead and collaborate with OPM Regional Distribution Managers (RDM) and their management team. Indirect management responsibility for all field sales managers/representatives regarding National Account issues
? Within the OPM management structure, participate as key contributor in charting the course of OPM business.
? Prepare and negotiate new National Account contracts, administer agreements to provide timely and accurate pricing maintenance, rebate accrual and customer compliance...
