QC Associate II-III · Irvine, CA
We are currently seeking a QC Associate II-III.
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:
* High School graduate or equivalent and successful passing of SAT II.
* Without 4 year degree: 1-2 years of related experience.
* With 4 year related college degree: related experience is desirable.
* Basic understanding of Microbiology; basic knowledge in technical area as required by the specific QC lab.
* Basic knowledge of good analytical and laboratory techniques, basic knowledge of cGMP’s, GLP’s, SOP’s, USP, and FDA requirements.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently or in a team
Computer literate on Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel etc.).
Essential job functions are as follows:
* Perform routine analysis of finished product, raw material or environmental samples according to established specifications and procedures using various laboratory apparatus under supervision of senior staff.
* Interprets and applies specifications and operating procedures when carrying out both monitoring and testing responsibilities.
