We are currently seeking a QA Regional Manager for our northeast CAPS facilities who is responsible to manage the quality function of the assigned CAPS pharmacies (Cleveland, Boston, New York and Connecticut) to maximize efficiencies of the staff, testing/monitoring and resources necessary to support the CAPS operations. Ensures compliance with established regulatory requirements and CAPS policies and procedures and maintains oversight of Quality Systems.
Essential functions for this position include the following: • Assumes overall responsibility for the contents of the Continuous Quality Assessment and Improvement Program. Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. • Host internal & external (such as: FDA, DEA) audits of CAPS pharmacies. • Directs and coordinates investigations, causal analysis, plans corrective and preventive actions, report writing, and verifies completion. • Partners with CAPS Regional Directors of Pharmacy Operations, and CAPS Directors of Pharmacies to lead and direct quality projects/initiatives. • Reviews and revises standard operating procedures in accordance with state and federal...
