Role synopsis The Sales Operations Manager (SOM)will manage and coordinate all areas of customer care for the US and Canada reporting into the Regional Customer Manager. This role will support all sales channels, including export and affiliate sales, to enable an efficient and effective interface between sales, the business service center, supply chain, the customer and the rest of the customer management team.
The SOM will represent customer management on projects to support the business objectives and will be the primary interface with the Business Service Center (BSC) to establish and review service levels. The SOM will lead delivery performance reporting and oversee continuous improvement teams and initiatives.
Finally the SOM will be a key component of the transition to the BSC working with the Regional Manager to ensure transfer of knowledge and the management of change are properly executed.
