Deliver training to support new hires, changes in products, processes and procedures that support business results.  Individuals responsible for handling all facets of training delivery including development, implementation and evalutuation of instruction materials.  May also use a variety of media including text documents, manual, job aids and machinery.  Also responsible for delivering and facilitating training sessions.

·        Deliver training to new hires.

·        Additional training to support changes in process, products and procedures that support business

initiatives.

·        Diagnose performance gaps of incumbent staff through analysis and manager feedback.

·        Serve as subject matter expert in area supported

·        Facilitate training and communicate to various levels within the organization.

·        Assist with additional trainings needed within the function.

Qualifications

·        High School Diploma or Equivalent

·        Vendor certifications preferred

·        Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Knowledge of, and ability to use, multiple machines, systems and programs as subject matter expert.
