This is an entry to mid-level position of Review Appraiser in the Collateral Assessment Group. Responsibilities include performing desktop property value analysis on primarily residential properties in order to establish the current Fair Market Value of the property. Analysis of multiple valuation documents and tools is required. Position offers flexible work schedule.
* Researches and analyzes property information by collecting and analyzing data regarding recently sold or currently listed comparable properties.
* Prepares report by describing physical and economic property characteristics and information analyzed; disclosing extraordinary assumptions, and presenting supportive reasoning.
* Reviews origination appraisal to confirm adherence to Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines.
* Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Manage day to day operations of the call center area to ensure smooth work flow and to achieve predetermined goals.
