Product, Program & Application Support Representative; Monday - Friday 10am · O'Fallon, MO
Responds to inbound calls from current/potential customers and provides accurate and timely information regarding website and system applications, products, procedures, programs, processes and basic pricing knowledge; maintains up to date reference information to ensure quality of information. Utilize Salesforce.com as a main source for contact with the Customer as well as a main source for reliable data regarding the customer's activities/communications with CMI.
This employee is considered a level of sales. They sell all of our products and services. This position must have a high level of understanding of the mortgage business so that escalated issues can be resolved. Being able to understand the Institutional and Consumer clients' needs is critical in order to effectively manage the customer relationship. A successful relationship officer must come across as knowledgeable about Citi products and programs so we can be trusted and therefore gain the customer's business.
