Department EQD Strategy and Corporate Development is a global team, which is a part of the Global Strategy and Risk Organization which reports to the Global Head of Equities and Derivatives. Responsibilities: The candidate will support the North American Strategy and Development lead in working with EQD Global and North American Management to develop and implementing an informed development strategy. Specifically, the candidate will lead construction of business plans, assist with corporate development transactions and coordinate with related departments within the Bank (FO, MO, BO, legal, compliance, IT, Tax, etc.) to achieve stated goals. The candidate will be responsible for performing the necessary external research (market studies, competitive analysis, benchmarking, gap analysis, best practices), synthesizing findings, preparing presentations with recommendations and facilitating senior executive meetings, i.e: · Conduct market studies, as requested by New York and/or EQD management, in order to define, propose and get approval for business development projects, · Ensure fluid communication of project status among all relevant parties. · Organizing steering committees,...
