Supervises Teller line, including organizing schedules within budget authorized hours, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, providing training and guidance and resolving more complex customer problems and inquiries. Supervises Tellers in developing and maintaining knowledge of Company product and service offerings. Promotes Company products and services and refers customers to appropriate Retail staff and other business lines for additional information as appropriate. Actively participates in the development of branch sales plan. Monitors referral activities and results on a weekly or biweekly basis and communicates results to Customer Sales & Service Manager (CSSM). Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering...
