The Kalamazoo Home Loan Servicing Division is seeking qualified individuals for the role of Customer Service Representative.
This position will be responsible for taking straightforward incoming calls from existing and potential customers with the intention of providing customer satisfaction and retention. Responds to customer telephone inquiries, interprets questions/requests and ensures proper resolution of customer problems. Provides information regarding customer accounts as well as Indymac products and services. Suggests and cross sells products to customers based on their needs and profile. Resolves customer problems and issues.
