Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION / PRIMARY GOALS / OBJECTIVES:
The Third Party Coordinator is responsible for the ordering of materials and Finished Goods and monitoring the time phased delivery of the appropriate products to the correct Distribution Centers. The Coordinator must be aware of any service and quality issues that may affect production and report problems to the proper departments. He/she will also resolve price discrepancies, rescheduling of purchase orders and delivery problems/issues. The Coordinator will also intercede should any shipment appear to be late in arrival or if any expediting of an order needs to be done to guarantee that no Finished Goods supply to the customer.
